During the last week of the State Garden Show in Ingolstadt, the Center of Entrepreneurship provided information at the THI pavilion about start-up activities in and around Ingolstadt and focused on the topic of sustainable entrepreneurship. Sustainable entrepreneurs are characterised above all by the fact that their business models are oriented towards the three pillars of sustainability - social, ecological and economic.
Young and innovative entrepreneurs in particular can make a significant contribution to jointly achieving the sustainability goals through innovative product or service solutions. In particular, the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations play a decisive role in the Global Sustainability Agenda.
Thus, the Center of Entrepreneurship presented the goals that could serve as a basis for business start-ups. As positive examples, the Center of Entrepreneurship brought on board the two regional start-ups "BuyBio" and "LisaLi". BuyBio from the Munich area offers dog waste bags made from sustainable raw materials that are completely biodegradable, thus making a significant contribution to environmental protection. LisaLi also provided culinary support for the event and offered a selection of their regionally and sustainably produced dishes from their own event catering.
